very polite staff great affordable units great deals and very clean and safe storage.... and to the person who had the cockroach and mouse crap problem maybe you shouldn't bring your bugs and your mice to the storage unit because they have very clean units and you're the only one that complained about that shame on you if I get bugs or mice in my stuff I'll blame you not access storage Mr G.R gritt

I have always had excellent customer service. They go above and beyond, and that was the case for me. I needed some additional assistance and they were more than willing to give me a hand.

My experience with storage facilities is limited, but here is what I’ve learned. Around Sudbury, Val Caron, and Hanmer, the quality of storage options can vary widely depending on how each business defines “secure” or “well-maintained.”
For example, based on my personal experience, I would not recommend MovingOnExpress; the facility is outdated, poorly maintained, unprofessional and located in an area that didn’t inspire any confidence at all.
Mini Storage is a much better option—clean, secure, and with reliable self-access. I seriously considered it, but ultimately needed something located closer to town for personal reasons.
From what I’ve seen, Access Storage is the strongest option in Sudbury for anyone who can fit it into their budget. At roughly $150–$200 per month, it strikes me as fair for the level of cleanliness, structure, and security they provide. The facility is modern, well-kept, and, in my opinion, the most dependable choice in the area.
I do recommend this business. I’m giving it 4 stars—I would have given 5 if they had a water fountain or vending machines.
